reflections

We redesigned a contemporary seaside residence with complex wetlands and flood-zone requirements. We used BIM technology to provide visualizations of views and to coordinate with the structural design. Our design prioritized daylight throughout the interiors and maximized views of the surrounding Tiana Bay.
