Cove Hollow Pool House and Garage Addition
Cove Hollow Addition

reflections
The Cove Hollow project is a testament to what becomes possible when regulatory constraints are met with ingenuity. The rear yard is organized around two distinct structures connected by a pergola and partially covered walkway. The first is a full pool house with bath—anchoring the ensemble and serving as its functional core. The second, an accessory structure, extends the program further. The pergola draws the two volumes into dialogue, providing shaded outdoor seating between them. At the garage, a dormer addition introduces natural light and generous headroom to a new open storage loft—maximizing usability. All the while, these new additions relate seamlessly to the existing architecture.
At ZTC Architecture, we approach every project—and every constraint—as an opportunity to find a better answer. The Cove Hollow project demonstrates our ability to listen closely, navigate complex regulatory environments, and deliver designs that extract the full potential from every corner of a site.
