The Rose Hill project is an expansion and enhancement of a classic Shingle Style home in Water Mill. Working within the established character of the house, ZTC Architecture introduced additional program and refined key spaces—preserving the warmth and texture that define the style while giving the home the scale and flexibility the owners were looking for.
