Noyac Path Residence
Noyac Path

reflections
The Noyac Path project was born from a family’s desire to make the most of an undeveloped adjoining lot—adding a dedicated multi-level residence that could expand the property’s capacity for hosting while giving guests a space that felt complete in its own right. We worked closely throughout with an interior designer who had collaborated with the family for years, bringing an intimate understanding of their tastes and way of living.
The first level establishes the social heart of the house—entry, living, dining, and bedrooms flowing naturally into one another. On the second level, each bedroom is given its own individual observation deck, turning every room into a quiet personal retreat with its own outdoor vantage point. Below, a walk-out basement opens directly onto the rear yard and pool, grounding the lower level in the landscape beyond.
At ZTC Architecture, we understand that a project is more than an addition—it is an extension of how a family chooses to share their home with the people they care about.
