The Montauk Surf Condo project brought a complete interior renovation to a condominium in one of the Hamptons’ most energetic coastal communities. Working within the constraints of an existing unit, ZTC Architecture refreshed every surface and reconfigured key spaces to create an interior that matches the easy, salt-air spirit of Montauk living.
