For the Town Lane project, a local developer-builder approached us to design a speculative house that would stand out while blending seamlessly with its natural surroundings. The brief was to create a modern interpretation of the classic Shingle style home that is so iconic to the Hamptons. The expansive site provided preserved forested views, which became a focal point in our design process.

We incorporated a modern home design that maximized these scenic views, crafting large windows and strategic layouts to create a connection between the indoor living spaces and the forest beyond. The house needed to not only capture these views but also maintain a distinct presence amidst the trees. By using a mix of modern and traditional architectural elements, we were able to design a home that feels both timeless and fresh.
