A family approached us to redesign their home. The existing house had a strong beach house character with potential views of the Peconic and adjacent coves. They needed more room, wanted to move the master bedroom upstairs, and totally transform their basement into finished space for the family and guests. We designed around the strong character of the house and created a contemporary beach house. The new house we designed gave the client the space they needed while maximizing all the surrounding views.
