Zachary T. Clanahan is a lifelong resident of Southampton Town and is an Architect registered in New York, Hawaii, and New Jersey. He earned his bachelor’s in architecture from NYIT in 2006. Decades of architectural experience in the Hamptons provides Zac a deep understanding of traditional shingle-style homes and of tasteful modern designs that complement the unique environment of Eastern Long Island. Zac enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Alicia Clanahan is the Office Manager for ZTCA. She has been managing the clerical, marketing and financial aspects of the business since its founding over a decade ago. Since ZTCA has begun designing nitrogen reducing septic systems, she is also heavily involved in managing the septic design projects. She also happens to be Zac’s wife.
Jeremy L. Delgado is a design professional who has been with Zachary T. Clanahan Architecture since 2016. Jeremy came to the office with previous experience in residential architecture and as a designer for marketing agencies & brands designing interiors, customer experiences, crafting presentation & concept renders, graphic design, and detailing + production design for retail interiors, pop-up shop experiences, live events, and trade shows for Nike, The North Face, Arc'teryx, BMW and many others. In 2006 he earned his Bachelors of Architecture from the Woodbury University School of Architecture in Burbank California. Jeremy is an avid runner and enjoys making space in his yard for birds and wildlife.
