A family came to us looking to add a second level to their house. They had a great shingle style home, but it had a cramped layout that lacked good access to the pool. We helped them to get the living spaces just right while opening up the living room out towards the pool deck. To ensure the ideal views they were looking for we designed with BIM technology to model and visualize the views towards the Bay.
